If you have questions about how Kakashi mastered the sharingan, or even how he got it, read the Manga there is a flashback to his past under the tutelage of the fourth, before he was hokage. as for the other lady, you aren’t seriously that dense to think that Sharingan is the only red eyed kekke genkai there is that has to do with genjutsu are you?

Kakashi didn’t master the sharingan, it was put in surgicaly by one of his teammates on a mission. The reason of that being in one of the missions Kakashi’s old eye was blinded when he was protecting his teammate Uchiha Obito, who later died during a mission. His last request was to put one of his sharingan eye into Kakashi to replace his bad eye. Any more questions, please ask.
