You are probably talking about Yu Yu Hakusho and the character you mentioned might be Urameshi Yusuke who died on the very first episode and had an ability called Reigun or Spirit Gun which concentrates his spirit energy on his index finger and releases as a projectile..

Okay, i have soooooooo many favorite Naruto characters i couldn’t name them all. I basically just hate Sakura, Orichimaru, Kabuto, and i think thats it. The sound village are kinda cool…they would be soooooooo much cooler if they used their powers for good instead of evil!

But if i must choose at least one favorite naruto character it would HAVE to be Gaara. He is definitly my fave.
